Ans. Please make sure you have entered an OpenWeatherMap API key to WordPress admin under ‘Settings’ → ‘API Settings’ and save it.

Ans. We recommend using your own API key from OpenWeatherMap(weather data provider), as it will improve the overall performance of our plugin, due to a better connection with the OpenWeatherMap.org website.

Q. OpenWeatherMap API key is added but why the weather is still not loading?

Ans. The API key may require a few hours to activate. If you have recently signed up or created the API key, please be patient and try again later.

Q. Can I display the weather for the location where my visitor is?

Ans. Yes. If you set the Location Type: to Auto, the plugin will take the visitor’s location, through IP Geolocation.

Q. What do I do when I can’t find the location I want?

Ans. You can use the Coordinates (latitude & longitude) option from the Location Type. To get the exact coordinates, you can use this website: https://www.latlong.net/

Q. How to insert the php do shortcode (template include)?

Ans: To use a shortcode inside a page template, you need to know which page template file you want to insert the shortcode into. This could be a custom template file that you’ve created or one of the default page templates that comes with your WordPress theme. Ans: If you have a business site and want to use the plugin in your single business site, you don’t need to purchase the Business package/license. A Personal license is sufficient for you. You can just purchase a Personal package/license as you have a single website whether it’s a business or personal site.
